The weekend

Had an awesome weekend - birthday party was on Friday and Saturday although my birthday is tomorrow. Tuesday is a shit day. Who gets drunk on Tuesday? Not me! Anyway, I get to the apartment on Friday morning. Drink just a little, funfun. Friday night wasn't too bad but wasn't really great either. Everyone got the idea that the party was on Saturday only, so we just got a little drunk and watched That 70s show 'till 4:30am

Saturday night was awesome. Alex gave me some wine (For some reason, yuck. Who drinks that shit?) - I drank it all, followed by countless shots of vodka...and other things. Anyway, had the best time ever. Gonna throw another, bigger party on Jan 30th and 31st!

Looking for that joint Tarryn hid, "Somewhere behind your sheets". Never found it. My entire bag of it was missing too..

OK so I was really bored, flicking through the channels - came across this program about Sadam & Iraq on 7HD. Oh my fucking god. Seriously the scariest shit I have ever seen!

Beheadings, thousands of executions, people getting their hands chopped off - seriously what kind of fucked up shit is that. I'd hate to live in the Middle East to be honest. Early in the program it showed how he gassed thousands of villages and you could see, literally, hundreds, thousands of bodies scattered on the streets. Most of them being young children, all dead with the saddest expressions stuck on their faces :(. When they dug up the mass graves, all the bodies were easily identifiable because they were just killed and dumped into the ground! - some were even buried alive. They had watches on them, ID cards, all that sort of stuff.

Saw at least 100 executions in the program (although it didn't actually show much, thank god it was censored), even children were just killed. Shot in the head, point blank. Craziest fucking shit ever - the arab Hitler. Most disturbing part was when his son was featured on the doco. He was even worse! I couldn't believe it though. Thousands of people killed just like that. I mean it happens all around the world, I guess it's always different when you actually see it. Like I said, the doco was quite censored. First gory part was when three young men were executed by having a grenade pinned to their chests. Censored thank god. I think the only part where everything was shown was when some guy got his hands chopped off by "a close friend" for stealing. (There was no blood, shouldn't there be blood when someone chops your hand off?) and all the whipping / physical violence.

Speaking of the hands chopped off thing. It goes back to religion. Steal something, your hand is chopped off. Steal again, there goes both your hands. Kill someone and you're beheaded. I'm pretty sure they still do this in Saudi Arabia, it's a pretty full on country. Anyway, that has to be the fucking stupidest thing ever. I mean, they don't even care what the fuck it is that you steal. $1, a pen, anything. Consequence is still the same.  I remember back in '03, I think I was in year 7 then. Our teacher was Iraqi and we were in class when the war broke out - he had the radio on. We questioned him, asking why he was upset when it was a good thing Saddam was just about to get owned. Instantly, he got defensive like there was no fucking tomorrow.

It's hard to say whether I support America's decision to invade Iraq. I mean, it's still a shit hole now - but if they didn't, Saddam would most likely still be here. Although hundreds of thousands of people have died since the war broke out. I remember a few months ago I read this article about this young woman that liked this boy, that was out of her religion. When her parents found out - she was stoned by them, among many other members of the village. That made me so fucking upset. I've read so many articles like that - people getting stoned by their own fucking parents! for the silliest things. And with all the suicide bombings every day, you'd have to be crazy to step outside.

On top of that, there are so many mum's in Iraq that have no job, but have to put food on the table for the kids because they are now widowed. I remember this article on CNN I think it was - about prostitution in Iraq. This woman explained how she would have sex while her children were in the room with her. She would tell each of them to face a corner of the room so they could not see her. And FYI, by room I mean - the room they're living in. Not a house, a room.

This has probably been by biggest post. Just wanted to share my views on this, sorry for rambling. I just wanted to say, I'm so glad to be living in Australia where I'm not judged too much :). Freedom is a big thing here in Australia. I get so sick of people saying "I hate this country". It's like "What the fuck, go to your own fucking country then!" - You're free as a mother fucking bird here, and I'm sure it's like that almost everywhere in the world. But yeah, Australia seriously has to be one of the best places in the world :). Oh, also, I think everyone should be happy with what they fucking have. Get over yourselves and take a look at whats going on around you. Stop complaining and be thankful for everything you have. And no I'm not referring to material possessions. I'm sure millions of people would give up their lives, just to live yours for one day! I think we all need to start making changes, to make this world a better place for everyone. Maybe one day we'll all live in peace.

I'm off for some sleep. Peace everyone!

School's out!

Wow! This year has passed so fast..now I'm finally done with school :D - Although, I'm really gonna miss seeing everyone all the time, and my fave teachers hehe

I'm going overseas at the end of the year, returning after a month or two but I don't start uni 'till May so I pretty much have to wait around for 6 months. Anyway, I can't believe school is finally over...I must say, 12 years really did pass quite fast. On another note, we have our formal/prom tonight which is kind of exciting, the after party will be good! (I hope) - tomorrow we have a BBQ and on Thursday is the graduation ceremony - so by the end of the week, it'll all be completely finished.

Kinda shit how some of my friends are going to live overseas now, doubt I'll ever see them again :P, so this week has to be the funnest evar! K?. Anyway, I'm gonna go have breakfast and stuff - Hmm :)

Fuck yeah! I'm so happy. So happy that African Americans have made it this far. Looks like the dream came true.

That's all I have to say haha, well just that..yeah, I'm so glad Obama will be the next president :) - I was watching his victory speech earlier (By the way he's really good at those speeches!). I was reading a few articles on Digg earlier. Digg is going crazy with Obama submissions!..Anyway, a few really great articles on there. So..soon we'll see how much this really affects other countries.

On another note, I had my Modern History and Maths exam today! - Hopefully I passed, other than that..it's a somewhat cruisy week!. This weekend should be great, can't wait.

And I told them I invented Times New Roman

Love that song.

Anyway, this week is going to be hectic! So many exams and assignments. 4 exams, and one assignment for school. Along with 2 exams for TAFE. Fucking insane. The good thing is, next week is practically assignment free! I'm so happy. I have to go shop for a formal suit and shit, so I'm gonna be doing that tomorrow. Other than that, wow school is finally coming to an end!

I'm going overseas when I finish school which is kinda awesome, I'll probably be back at the beginning of Feb. I might be going to Thailand, and probably get some Bali up in this muv fuka. It'll be fun. So much fun. Ahh, boredom. Oh yeah, I didn't really realize the formal was gonna cost quite a bit. Well, 500 bucks. But still..it better be fun! - Actually I'm sure it'll be pretty fun, the after-the-after-party party will be awesome. What an awesome name.

Ohhh! I forgot to mention. I got a haircut!. I was forced to actually, but yeah. I guess I have to update my userpics now. I don't like my new hair to be honest. It sucks. Too short. Hmmm, what to do...I'm kinda annoyed now. This week is gonna be so shit - plus I'll be spending quite a bit of money which is always depressing :P

Oh well it'll be worth it. Good times, good times. Can't wait 'till I'm done with school!

Oh oh, did everyone see how Sarah Palin was pranked? God damn it she's such a dumb bitch. I hate her. Is it just me, or has she said something really stupid in practically every media appearance. Watch the video for a good laugh. The end of it is fucking hillarious, when she sounds so cut. Die bitch. Die. Obama 08! - Just a few days to go, they really need to fix those fucking voting machines!

World conflict

Is shit.

I was watching SBS news as I always do, and lol. The world is totally falling apart =[ I don't get it, why can't people just share their fucking land...Nothing else to say about this, so..moving on. I finished all ten seasons of Friends a while ago, so I've started it from the beginning again <_<..It's funny, you should watch it too.

Hmm, I want the new Macbook! - It looks awesome and I must say, the hardware upgrades are awesome too. I only play one game so I don't really care about the graphics etc, but yeah...the macbook would be awesome. It's at $2550 for the top of the line model, that's without the student discount. If I got one, I would probably go for the Macbook Pro since I already have a normal macbook. But the MBP is at a massive $3100 without the discount!..also the 17" model is at 4.5k! who would pay that much for a laptop that isn't from Alienware or one of those companies? O.o..Not me.

Anyway, I was watching 90210 last week..I think it was last week. Teen drama =[ - So repetetive, Adriana survives her OD when the show returns. Typical. Prison Break season 4 is boring...still. Heroes is pretty good, actually really good, confusing sometimes with the whole past/present BS, but yeah good stuff.

lalallala I wanna go to Japan. I'm probably going after school, Dec/Jan or something! - It's gonna be so much fun..I love Japan, even though I've never been there. I've always been rather intrigued by their culture, language and all of that jazz. Good stuff.
